Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Ashley crews are already moving. We dispatch Ashley units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Too many Ashley, MI families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Ashley operation differently. Every technician on our Ashley roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Removal in Ashley isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Ashley, MI licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Ashley, MI warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Ashley who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Ashley call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Ashley jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Ashley line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Ashley teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Ashley units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Ashley homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Ashley businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Ashley crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Ashley job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Local staging inside Ashley, MI means Ashley response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Ashley team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
The closest available technician is routed to your Ashley property with equipment staged and ready.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Every Ashley job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Ashley paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
